I was using Airtel broadband connection, For bill period 11th Sep 2012 to 10th Oct 2012 they charged for making voice calls, But there was no facility provided to make voice from my Connection, when questioned they sent apology email, This has caused me mental stress as i require compensation
It has mental stress upset wasting valuable time on running behind airtel for clarification, I have lost trust in our country for proper functioning basic services
i want to be compensated
