Xolo A500 phone – headphone got damaged no response from company

Sir Firstly I have come here with a full.belief that I will be helped here by the law. I purchased a Xolo A500 phone and within warranty period its headphone got damaged. I lodged a complain with the company on 24.10.2013 and submitted my headphone to the asked service centre on 28.10.2013 with complaint no. 310000123775. Since then no query has been resolved by the company. Even they don’t have any status of my headphone with them. All there customer support officer says, we don’t have ur status wait for few days. I have been waiting for more than a month. Plz help me.

Please penalise the company severely. They think that customers are.fool. This situation is faced by numerous Xolo.customers. Teach them a lesson so that they can understand what is customer support. It feels really bad when you have been cheated by an Indian brand. I demand a monetary relief of atleast ?6500 as this whole case has given me a very bad experience. Therefore, I need my money back which I.have spent on this disgusting company. Please help me.
