I have purchased three holiday package from travelling trendz on the pretext and false information and misrepresentation of fact that I will get assured gift(Laptop and Iphone5c). I was told and promised by one of your sales representative whose name is Raghav that just on merely purchasing the holiday package i will get the above mentioned gifts. When i went to the site(http://www.travellingtrendz.com) and look out for the same I didn’t got any such information rather I came to know about a referral plan on which I was eligible for the gifts. So, when the next day I asked Raghav for the same he lured me into this by saying that referral plan is there and that now the company is on promotional activity and giving gifts just by availing one of your Holiday Packages. I was also instructed particularly by Raghav that when you get a call from customer care for verification of your packages don’t ever mention that you are offered any gifts while purchasing of packages, otherwise you won’t get any gifts. When I ask him for the same he told me that customer care and sales department are different and they don’t know about these promotional activity. So, I kept quiet during that part. Now after I have purchased all the three packages with being said that I will get these gifts(Laptop and Iphone5c), I am now told by Raghav that its only after referring someone. While making the payment I was constantly told that I don’t have to refer anyone. it’s a clear case of forgery and misrepresentation of facts.

I want my whole total amount of Money Refund back to my Account.
