Dear Concern, I Purchased a membership on 17th April 2013 for one year from Prompt Auto Services Pvt.Ltd,Brand name is RACE Road Assistance for Cars & 2 Wheelers. At the time of Sele,Sales executive confirmed that they will provide service for my both vehicles CAR as well as 2 Wheelers and at the time of filling the form i have mentioned both the number on the form but when i asked for services for my 2 wheeler on 07th of December they refused to provide me services.They said they can provide services for my car only as I have only one Membership Card.I sent mail also on the e mail id given for customer care and they said they will resolve this issue by 10the december,on 11th i sent a reminder mail but till the time i have not received any communication.

I am expecting the given relief:- 1.My vehicle should get repaired. 2.Refund of my membership as i don’t want their services. 3.Reimbursement of Conveyance Exp.untill my vehicle not get repaired@Rs300/day.
