On 25.05.2013 a telephone received from Mr. Abhishek of Today travel Solutions for giving a package for Rs. 7999/- and a Black Berry Mobile Phone worth Rs. 16000/- on that day they took double payment from me totaling Rs. 15998/- after that they have neither sent any package nor any mobile phone till date. Again Mr. Gaurav from company told that he will refund through credit card the said amount of Rs. 15998/- on confirming PIN No. but instead of refund they again withdrew Rs. 20000/- from my Credit Card. Now the company has taken total Rs. 35998/- from my credit card and not giving any refund. On eqnuring address told by Company people is also fake. Please let us know how I can get my refund ASAP.
