Hi, Landline : 011-41428xxxx I Have been facing frequent almost 10-15 disconnects from airtel broadband every 30mins. I had faced this problem every May-July and December of every year and they had fixed it after every call. Now this problem is recurring and it it very difficult as a consumer to keep on complaining about the internet. How is the consumer supposed to call every time for a fix? I want this frequent disconnections to end without the CONSUMER calling… AIRTEL definetly tracks all of its connections and should automatically know wheres the problem. This is very bad & poor service from their side.
