yesterday i call Airtel for any offer in 12131 my offers number but not any offer given in my number but after some time approx 1 hour a msg came in my number is i choose second option from msg of full talk time 86 rs given by them but balance not given by them. i call customer care today but they don’t respond me and they said that first msg is ok and the second offer is not for you so please check and resolve the problem.i am very irritating with them they have already mentally torched me many time but this time limit is cross. so please solve the problem,
i want the full balance and claim rs 1,00,00.00 as a mentally torches they gave many times,
