Idea – Wrong charges levied in bill

I was using a Idea plan which included 3g pack for mobile data. On November 16th, I lodged a request to change my plan from 499 champion to 199 (without mobile data) and just after that I started using Wi-Fi at home. Since then, I haven’t activated mobile data in my phone. But in December’s bill for postpaid, the company has levied additional charges for GPRS and net usage which I didn’t use after raising the request. Also, the customer care executives and supervisors are very reluctant in understanding the issue and accepting their mistake. I believe it’s their system’s fault because I had stopped using the mobile data as soon as I lodged the request and they are saying I must have used it that’s why so huge charges were levied in bill.

I don’t have any issue in paying the bill but I want those internet/GPRS charges to be waived off ASAP because bill’s due date is 29th of December,2014. All I want is Idea to accept their fault and waive off the GPRS charges ASAP
