Airtel – I am now unreachable to the complete world and loosing business

Hi Recently I decided to port my current 4 postpaid connections to Airtel. We called up Airtel and a representative Mr. Raza khan was sent from Karshni Solutions (9910031004). All paper work was completed on 25/09/2013. Physical verification conducted on 4/10/2013. On the 8/10/2013 I get a SMS from Airtel that the numbers will be ported tonight as the request has been validated by the donor. Today is 11/10/2013. And I am without a working connection on both my numbers. My previous service provider has disconnected the connection since porting has been approved but Airtel still gives me No Service on both my Airtel sims. So I am now unreachable to the complete world and loosing business because of it. 1. The Karshni Solutions number is always switched off. 2. I have spoken to 121 n number of times and they redirect me to either Karshni ( whom I cannot connect or give a new story). 3. I have written multiple emails to nodal office but all I get is an assurance email but no answer. Ref::[|BAL|Qrc110101310103921297048|] 4. I have also written to Airtel presence as mentioned on this forum no reply as of yet. 5. I have been to the ARC twice first time I was asked to write an email to nodal office saying they cannot help with this so I need to escalate. 6. Next time they have advised that both the numbers are awaiting tele verification but since my Airtel sims do not have service I cannot do tele verification from them. Alternative they asked me to do to tele verification via my Airtel landline number ( which is the alternate number provided during MNP paper work) so I had to call up 18001030405 instead of 59059 as the later number cannot be called via landline. But unfortunately the 1800 number seems bogus as call never goes through. I have tried doing tele via 121 but they can’t help either as they give me a new story!!! Does Airtek thinks it as a joke! I am loosing business because of it. Not just that I have spending unnecessarily time by running pillar to post to get this issue resolved! This is a case of cheating and fraud where Airtel has taken the money promising a service but have now left me with two phone which are no more than a paper weight!!! Telecom/’mobile connectivity is a critical service today as this is the most common mean to connect. Failure to provide the service despite a commitment ( not to forget the fact that I have already paid for it as well) is cheating and a criminal offence as I am loosing business because I cannot be reached for past 3 days. Temporally I had to buy another connection from a another service provider so that at least my friends and family can reach me. This is the worst kind of customer service I have ever experienced. First of all my connection needs to get activated. So that I can move back to Vodafone. Next I need compensation for this stress and loss of business. The representative at Karshni solutions dsa needs to be booked under the case of fraud and cheating as I have recently come to know this is not the first time they have done the same. So Why has Airtel not taken any action earlier?
