I have Booked an article with CN No. Z06415982 on 7/10/2013 at DTDC Nanak Nagar Jammu with From Addres: Sanjib Kundu 17/9 Trikuta Nagar Jammu Pin-180012 J&K And To Address: Sayan Kundu C/O- Sanjay Kundu 6/2672 Gayeshpur Po-Gayeshpur Dist Nadia PS-Kalyani Pin-741234(WB) and they have given promise to deliver it within Two Working days i.e within 9/10/2013 ,but till 12/10/2013 it is not deliver to its concern address. It was a birthday Gift and it made me to fall into a false promise to my cousine.

Kindly take some necessary action against the above mentioned matter
