Hi Team, I have one Airtel Postpaid connection with mobile number 9910017261 including 50 RS CUG internet plan. Using this plan i get 3G speed till 150MB and above this I will get normal speed. Issue : I never get 3G speed even internet uses is below 150MB. First month I was able to get 3G speed but after this till date internet speed is very slow, even some time i am not able to browse google or any light weight websites. I spoke to airtel customer executives many times but they have not been able to solving my issue. I have sent many mails and spoke to customer executives but they are not able to understand my issue. They always come with same excuse that my internet uses is more than 150 MB and as per plan i will not get it. but if the internet uses is below 150MB then also i am not able to get 3G speed. I explained it many times with the message proof (which i usually get from airtel). it clearly shows that the internet uses is less than 150 MB. Currently I am using MOTO G Android mobile which supports 3G.I have updated internet settings many times but still i am getting same issue. I would be grateful, If you could look into on High priority and try to solve it ASAP.
