Nokia India – Poor Quality Product No Service – Review

Dear Sir, i bought a handset nokia lumia1320 on 24th april 2014 imei no 359179051268653 and within 10-15 days, it’s battery started drained out in 2 hrs and doesn’t get charge more than 50% even in 15-20 hrs after keeping it on charge and it starts heating up as well, i went to nokia care regarding this issue 3 times already and first time they updated its software, but still the problem was not fixed, so again on 14th may i visited nokia care, then they kept my phone and told they can not fix, they will have to send it to there head office. it took more than 12 days. but again after 10 days it started giving the same problem. and again on 12 June i gave my phone for the problem and i haven’t got any satisfactory response from NOKIA till today. Today i called consumer forum to tell my problem on 1800114000 3 times, but nobody answered my call there as well. So i don’t know now what to do and whom to contact. This handset is defected one.so i request you to help refund my money, because since i have bought this phone i am not able to use it, so all the amount which i spent to buy is going waste.
