Airtel International Roaming – Review

Presently I am in UAE using my Airtel Mobile no. 94177XX771 since last 2 months. on 19th June 2015 morning mobile got de-registered from network in UAE. I tried manual & automatic network selection but in vain. 1. I wrote email to airtel customer care on 19th providing all details. Finally I got answer that it will be sorted out by 22nd June and complaint no. was given as COGCL306 1912804700. But no reply from airtel till 23rd June (Email Attached).

I called twice on 22nd in airtel customer care and emailed again about the status, no reply from them. 3. I called on 23rd to airtel, one person said this is the package issue, I will deduct Rs.99/- and it will start working in an hour. but it didn’t worked. 4. I again called customer care after 2 Hours, she said your roaming has been stopped due to technical issue will be sorted out by 24th. and a new complaint no.3062313421400.

All my bill payments/ transactions have stopped due to this poor service response from airtel. I have to pay late fees/fines. 2. This has also affected my contacts and business. Firstly I want my no. to be started immediately.
