An item purchased was returned to the seller as per ebay guaranty policy. the claim was registered on 19-05-2015. the claim adjuster assured that the money will be refunded and the courier charges will be sent to me as DD. The claim was resolved on 01-06-2015 and I got the redund of the purchased item but not the courier charges . I contacted the customer care several times regarding this and they were repeatedly replying that it will take 12 to 15 working days starting from 02-06-2015. As per this the lead time got over by 19-06-2015. Today the ebay representative contacted me and asked to wait for another 10 to 15 working days which I can’t agree

I demand Rs.1100 which I spent on shipping charges to return the item. ebay should also compensate me for the time I wasted for this transaction as I got nothing in return and still waiting for my money which I have spent for nothing in return.
