Since when i have got the phone it is working too slow, getting hanged and i have gave to service as 15.05.15 from last two month i’m moving to your service station but my phone still the same. They are not giving me the proper answer, and not interested to talk to us, now i need an immediate action on this i want to phone to get repair or by u a new phone the mobile is in warranty period , svs electronics he is the service center of bellary -583101 and the detail of my handset lenovo s820 ime no; 86802026869664 bill dated 10.06.14 hope now you take some action on this waiting for your reply

I am using Lenovo 6000+ smartphone and facing problem with touch. Touch screen not responding to touch many times unable to disconnect call. unable to type message many times. this problem started from past month. we want solution or replacement of the handset
