Dear Sir,

I wants to say about customer care 198 staffs. In the August 01, 2013 , I had done call to customer
care number 198. Call were received by Deepak, Ajay, Minakshi and Suman.
I said about my internet speed problem.But all that person something different. But I was facing internet speed problem.
In the August 02, 2013, I had done call to customer care number 198 again. Call were received by Upasna, Ajay and internet department lady.
I said about my internet speed. But customer care 198 staff person made me fool and given wrong information. I had followed many procedure
which said customer care staffs. But no profit, I am facing internet problem.

Please help me Sir, immediately

Call had done by this number 8261008088.

Customer care 198 staffs had mentioned my number 8261008088 in call reject list.And they are not pick up my call.

Please help me early and punish that careless staffs.

I am quite hopeful that you will take a prompt action and oblige.
