I have activated call booster Rs.125/- on 29.07.2013 on my Airtel Pre-Paid Mobile.
But I have not been charged as per that booster pack (A2A 10p/min, A2O 30p/min). So I request to solve the issue & credit the wrongly deducted amount in my account at the earliest.
Why are you making customers suffer for your billing problems ? If IBM software used for Airtel is not activating the said plan, you can recover double the amount from IBM.
