Airtel is unnecessarily deducting account balance from the users account, without any confirmation of the users,,,yesterday i was trying to access a website but was unable to access that website ,,even after 20 trials of reloading that webpage only because of the airtel advertisements of ADULT stuffs ,,, continuously at all the trials of reloading that webpage AIRTEL was blocking that website by posting its Garbage(named MODEL VIDEO CLUB) i was already annoyed by this issue ,,,and after some minutes i got a message [” Thanks for choosing MODEL VIDEO CLUB_30 on your airtel mobile. You have been charged Rs99.0 for 30days.A/c balance: Rs13.31 at 23:27.To deactivate,Call or SMS STOP to 155223 “] ,after not more than 2 minutes i even send a message to STOP to 155223 ,,,but no response from them,,,,this is not fair AIRTEL ,it will not make you the biggest MOBILE network operator in CONSUMERS eyes,,so i have decided to PORT my number to another operator,,,,because this is not the first time that airtel has stolen my balance,,,and i also searched on GOOGLE about the complaints of this garbage(named MODEL VIDEO CLUB),,and found that many consumers have been cheated by this same issue,,,so AIRTEL take a decision about these unfair practices as a most successful businessman”s takes,,,,to keep himself up,,,, if you have a positive response in you, for this consumer than just refund the stolen balance of this number- 9785794536 complaint number- CBDMD20910067214 Date -10/09/2015
