Sir, This is Shriram from Sion, my company Saptarang Media and Communication, i got R form Facility continuing last three years, sir every time we cross mumbai we take the reciept of Rs, 100/- with extra illegally we paying Rs. 600/- otherwise officer not sign the RFORM, or trouble my staff to OUT ON MUMBAI OR RETURN AT MUMBAI, Its happened last 3 years, forcibly i understand its regular process But my complaint is, i paid octroi duty of my equipments and every time i am paying Rs.700/- my shooting works, on Road Side Octroi officers,they are stopping every vehicles and checking, Tempos and Trcucks, sir but officers know in trucks and tempos there are Light equipments, Sound Equipments and Led Video wall boxes its cost nearly 30lacs to 70 lacs of equipments without they have octroi duty paid or No R form Facilities, the peoples of contractors pay the BRIBE OF RS 500/- TO RS.1000/- For each Tempo and Truck, Octroi Officer are not taking any action about them, So my question is when iam going with legally paying tax and checking necessary documents, the contractor people they don’t have any octroi paid taxes nor any invoices or any R form facilities, they entered mumbai with Only Rs. 500/- to pay Road side checking Octroi officers So please take action against that contractors who crossing mumbai and Entered in Mumbai with High Value Equipments I hope that Vigilance Officers take necessary action and also R form Depositors to get confidence of their request It happens Dahisar Check Naka, Mulund Check Naka and Mankurd Check Naka Name : Shriram Gurram Company : Saptarang Media and Communication Add: Wadala Truck Terminal Mob : 9324xx7171/766xx7171
