When it comes to not embracing Information Technology and Cloud Computing, Airtel is the Worst Company. I’ve been trying to access my Landline Number’s Itemized Call Statement but it will not load. I have tried this on 3 different occasions over the past 3 days.
Sometimes it just Logs me out. This is one of the Worst developed Applications ever in India by Airtel & its Software Partner IBM. I’m attaching the screenshot of the same.
Reliance Jio Infocom’s Mukesh Ambani is very Right when he said Airtel & Vodafone have not invested in Infrastructure as they are unable to provide simple call detail records of the consumer online in the Bill Pay Interface.
