This is the most horrible shopping experience i have ever encountered where your Best Price Retail Lucknow ignorant staff misbehaved and uses bad language to me and my family today. Incident was like this, today i went to Best price Lucknow along with my wife and kids for shopping and purchased multiple products worth Rs7982 (copy of INVOICE attached) and at the exit when in inquired about any free product from exit counter they callously denied there is nothing (though i know that i am supposed get QUIONA flour under Buy1Get1 offer). When i insisted Mr. Ashish Paliwall and his subordinate started misbehaving and used offensive bad language to me and taunted my family. I am a quite regular customer to Best Price. But this kind of behavior is highly unacceptable. Me and my family are quite frightened and thinking not to visit Best Price store anymore in future. I am writing all this just to let you know that how such few people like Mr. Ashish Paliwall can spoil your shopping experience forever. Abhishek Chauhan,
