sir, airtel charged more bill to me this time around Rs 2100.normally my bill is 400 rs. i already complaint to cc of Airtel. they didnt give me satsfactory answer.i contacted pooja gupta ,cc of airtel.she told me this time airtel going to update the system due to costomer complaint.whatever sms sent by airtel is not right. i was as usual use airtel postpaid. they send wrong msg and misguide to me by sending such wrong sms.so i am wating for bill .it is 2100 .earlier cc told me your actual bill reflect in your bill past 5 mont.before that my bill is around 500 rs.this time they update their system and sent wring sms.then and then i used more.before that i was adjust with their msg and my use according to airtel msg around 2300 to 2700 rs.but this time they changed sms format and sent wrong sms thats why didn’t get the idea about use of limit what was actual use.they are unable to explain about format of sms of airtel.they told me you have used internet. but i said thats if you sent sms like earlier msg.then this not happen.you just misguide for use more internate. my complain is that why are send wrong information sms to me?otherwise explain your sms?i also attach of such msg.they also unble to use of internate from itimised bill.
i want normal bill .i am not pay this much bill.or i will not pay 400 mb useges which is due to misguide
