Airtel’s Arrogant Customer Care executive hanged up the call Abruptly

I am facing this issue where I have taken auto-renewal Airtel Mobile 2G internet pack (airtel). It get ended at exactly 1200 AM and gets renewed on 09:00AM morning, because of this for complete 9hours internet usage is deucted from main balance. When I contacted Customer Care, they were very rude and instead of providing information …she started saying if you know this problem then why do not you “stop” using your internet after 12 till 9!!!! after that I said this seems to be problem with your system..then all of the sudden she said you can talk to my senior executive…i said fine..connect me! then she hanged up the phone!! this shows the poor service and customer handling ways of Airtel….

Not able to make any Outgoing calls from my no(8826175495)
I am Arun Prakash from Delhi. In my Mobile no: 8826175495, Balance is reflecting Rs102. In-spite of this, i am not able to make any local/STD calls. While making any calls,Voice Messages comes that” You don’t have sufficient balance. Please recharge your no”. Please help me out immediately.
