I have given my mobile for service due to automatic reboot to F1 services on 13-9-2013. There is no response from their end. Also they are not responding to my calls. When ever they pick the call, they are keep on saying “we will get back you soon”. My Mobile IMEI number : 911202500256581. Complaint number is : 310000107651.
Will Intel and Xolo improve their customer care or want to be a loser like Nokia and give up the market leadership t o Samsung Mobiles ?
