Hello., Myself Narayana, & My Mob. No. 9705353703 Actually i have the problem was i received message in my no. From IZ-IdeaCMS., at 5.02 pm dt.29/10/2013. The message is Dear Customer thank u for downloading Combo-Dhamaka From SYMBIOTIC. You have been charged rs. 30/- & Also AT 5.24PM. i have received by 2 nd message from IZ-IdeaCMS., The message is Dear Customer thank u for downloading all channels 15 days from APALYA.. You have been charged rs. 49/- ., So that time whenever i call the customer care executive., they told me that it was my Fault. i don’t no what happen like this. That was pathetic., i m not Satisfied for this idea customer care services. because i can not Downloading any such offer, video, or game. so why can i offered the money. So i have to request , can u please refund UNNECESSARY DEDUCTED Amt. @ rs. 30+49=79/- was refunded for me… thank you..
