I want to add an internet plan on my corporate connection of Rs.98 which includes (300MB 3G + Unlimited 2G) for 30 days as confirmed by the airtel executive while i have ported from prepaid to postpaid but now they are denying that there is no such plan available.

The customer is exploited and felt cheated by the response of Airtel executive to whom i speaked. Kindly resolve it so that airtel will not fool others in future by offering such offers and misinterpreting others

Provide the same plan which they have committed or provide some other similar alternative plan.
