I deposited my phone on 18 march 2014.I was being assured to receive my handset within 3-4 days. But its been 21 days anf i have not receive my phone. Whenever i go they tell me to come after 2-3 days and the staff does not provide correct information and is very indecent.I have lost my job sheet and after demanding several times i have not been provided that too. My job sheet n.onis 54 of 18 march 2014.

My buiseness is suffering due to contacts those are in the phone memory.Several prcious hours have been wasted there with a lot of transportation cost.
