I wanted to activate an Internet Plan. First I had sent a message on 5th April 14 saying SUBTRU10 to 50505 (4 times at 10.37am,10.59am, 11.18am, 11.56am) because I was not getting any reply message from loop that this service got activated then after I have recharged my account by rs50 and then I sent message saying SUBINT57 but still I havenot received any reply from loop. Then I called in call center and discussed the same thing then that lady told me that there is some issue with 50505 so u can activate your internet plan from call center then they have activated my SUBINT57 plan for 25days. Then within hour I got msg that as per your request Internet57 service has been deactivated but I havenot sent any msg for deactivation. And after that they have activated SUBTRU10 plan which only for 3 days. Then i complaint about this thing to Mr. Shaikh then he told me that after 3days ur SUBINT57 plan will get reactivate. but today (i.e. on 8th April 14) when I got msg that ur SUBTRU10 plan has been deactivated then I have contacted call center & I got to know that there is no internet plan is activated on my mobile. so these escalated the complaint to senior person but still I havenot received any call and after that I have call them 3 times and twice they have escalated the same complaint to senior stating that I will get call within 2 hours but still I havenot received any call. That means in a day i have called them 4 times and they have escalated the same complaint Trice to their Managers but still I havenot received any call from manager. Note: I also have supporting documents like call log and Message log.

1. I need my money back and even those people that who have faced such kind of problems because of their mis communication or their technical problems 2. Penalty or legal case for mental harassment because I have called them many times but still after 26.30 Hours I haven’t received any call from the Managers. 3. These loop people wasted my so much time so I want that penalty or else i want to put legal case on them also. 4. I want to register legal case for fake and wrong commitment all the time
