Flipcart – product replacement ignoring this issue

I purchased a Motorola Mobile from flip cart 30 days back. This product is defective one and I lodged a replacement request to flip cart 20 days back. But till now I did no get any use full response from them. they are just ignoring this issue. I contacted them so many times but they are not servicing me as thy promised. Due to thisI am loosing my business here.

I can not able to call anybody can not able to use internet since 20 days. I have invested 14000 on this product which is not serving the basic funda of a mobile phone

I want my money back. I don’t want their product
