I had applied for a airtel postpaid mobile connection through number portability from Mr. Yogesh of Arrow Technologies. When I was purchasing the connection he took RS.250 as security amount for which no receipt was given. He promised that the connection will be active in a week, and the connection took a full month to get activated that too after continuous reminders were given to Mr. Yogesh. The plan I had chosen had a rental of Rs.299 and as told by Mr.Yogesh it consisted of 12 Airtel My Packs but after activation only 11 packs were provided. When inquired Mr. Yogesh kept ignoring my phone calls and eventually gave me the number of Mr. Manish who asked me to wait for a weak. But the pack was still not activated. I have been trying the number of their senior manager, Mr Pratyush but he also ignored my calls. Eventually Mr. Yogesh told me to mail the company regarding the issue and the pack will be activated. But the company replied that I should contact the agent. This process has caused me a lot of harassment and distress.

I want to claim damages worth Rs.50000.
