I had ordered sony battery charger model no “sony bcg-34hh4ei -sony high capacity charger (4pcs) 2500 mah” through snapdeal on 10.12.2014 wide order number 3901352297. schedule delivery date was 16.12.2014. on 17.12.2014 i check & came to know that my order was cancelled without prior information to me. as per customer care due to shippers problem we had cancelled order. now in this i had booked order through snap deal. why should i concerned with shippers. more over refund time is of maximum 21 days. no arrangements to delivery by alternate way. no proper email id is mentioned in website. no grievance readdress system by snapdeal. customer care is just saying stereo type “sorry” speech. no details of directors or authorized person to contact. its irresponsible behavior.
i want my order to be delivered & i want rs. 50,000/- compensation as harassment done by snap deal. this is small item but in case big item having large value in that case who will bare financial loss? you are requested to put huge monetary punishment for such third category behavior of online shopping site. and also initiate inquiry that how many consumers are being punished by this way to cheat. more over company got my money as interest free usage for almost one month. it is breach of trust. wastage of my valuable money & time. for this compensation is must. no proper communication address is mentioned on website. email link is not working.
