Complaint: Non delivery of product Online site: Homeshop18 Order date: 11 Dec 2014 order no:960159509 problem: I order a mobile phone through online site and made advance payment of rs5949 through net banking. it has been told to me that the product has been shipped through aramex courier, awb no:40839365361 i was later told that the product has been delivered. when i tracked the awb no on aramex.com, i find it has been delivered to KANPUR. i mentioned my address of Secunderabad, i have no link with kanpur, now homeshop18 people are not paying attention to my complaint, they are saying that they shipped and order has been delivered. i put number of mails to them and contacted the customer care also they are saying the same thing the product has been delivered. they are not paying attention that my address is of secunderabad and how the product has been delivered at kanpur! please take necessary actions. what is the nonsence a customer leaving in secunderabad (hyderabad) and you are delivering at KAnpur. cheater sites. virender verma mobile 9177892xxx
