Complaint against eBay: I received a broken wooden temple which was requested to be returned back to the seller in October 2014. I paid the courier charges of INR 1500 which eBay promised to pay back via a coupon of the same value within a week. I received the coupon after a MONTH on 19 Nov 2014 and when I tried using it on eBay website for a new purchase, it showed that the coupon is already used. I raised a complaint on 29 Nov 2014 but this issue is not yet resolved. Every time I call them, they say that the issue has been escalated to the concerned department and that they will get in touch with me, but they never respond back. My money is stuck for the past 3 months now and these people are nowhere responsible enough to try to pay the money back. Please help from these fraudsters who are cheating customers and duping their hard-earned money. They give a different service number every time I raise a complaint, so it is getting difficult to followup on this as well now. I can provide the transcripts that eBay has sent me as a proof of the communication made with them on this matter.
