i am running a firm and i started my corporate plan with airtel with 5 nos. It started in July. i got my first bill in Aug it was ok second bill in Sept it was also according my usage but in month of October they have added another’s company bll of rs 11,580 to my account. i haven’t paid the bill because i was not clear about this 11,580. when i told company to explain me about this there was nobody to explain. for the next two month the airtel people forced me to pay the bill which i don’t owe. now this matter is solved they have wave off 11,580 but i still want to take action about this.
