Dear Sir/Madam, I had asked for MNP of 9096087xxx from Vodafone to Airtel and have submitted following documents to Venture Marketing, NIBM junction, Kondhwa Pune. 1) Application form duly filled with porting code, photo and the my plan details 2) Passport & PAN attested copy for identity and address proof. 3) Current month bill payment receipt till the date of application 4) No objection certificate for porting from Vodafone from current CUG Company i.e. Ascenso TecvVivid Pvt. Ltd. 5) Date of submission of application is on 07.02.2014 6) Validity of MNP was till 14.02.2014. I have an initial SMS from Airtel on 08.02.2014 quote “Thank you for your Order Number 144352513 against 9096087239 is placed with Airtel. We are currently processing your order. We will notify you with further updates. As there was no further SMS form Airtel, I did regular follow up with the Venture Marketing. It was assured that they are on the job. However to my surprise nothing has been done MNP is not activated. When I contacted Airtel customer care executive informed me that my order record has been removed from your system. On raising complaints with Airtel Customer care again, CC executives had following Query which I have given details (in front of the query). 1. Mobile Number: 9096087239 MNP from Vodafone to Airtel 2. Area / Location of the Airtel Relationship Centre: Pune, NIBM Junction 3. Date of purchase: 07.02.2014 4. SIM number: 8891900400598168560 5. Amount paid as deposit and activation fee : Rs. 300 6. Receipt number: 7601 (Venture Marketing, Airtel exclusive outlet) Dealer name: Venture Marketing, NIBM junction, Kondhwa Pune. * Dealers contact number: 020- 41208877, mobile Qasim: 9960361070 I did the escalation of complaints with Service request ref number 55300512 to Airtel Nodal office/Appellate Mumbai since March’2014. No call reaches to a responsible officer in Airtel whether in Nodal office or Appellate office. All calls lands in Call centre Regards, Bina Uday
