I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 mobile online from M/s Deja-Vu Trends ( I am unable to locate the same on your brand dropdown list and hence selected the first name on the list, else will not be able to lodge complaint) on 22.02.2014 after paying Rs. 20707 vide net banking. Till date (10.4.2014), in spite of numerous follow-ups with their customer care, I am yet to receive the delivery of my phone, nor any confirmation regarding delivery. I am unable to talk to anyone from Deja-Vu since no one ever responds to any call to the toll free number.

I would like a total refund of my money paid to the party plus interest and Rs. 10000 in lieu of mental stress and agony as well as a public apology from the online seller put up on their webpage to warn all prospective buyers henceforth.
