Samsung – microwave mistake in grill no results care center

i have bought samsung microwave date on 14/03/2014 delvery after seven day i recived date on 25/03/2014 and when sasung care person came for demo 27/03/2014 bu he said microwave in mistake in grill i have complaint next day lotus and samsung and customercare person but no results

for further complaint i want to replace my microwave , but lotus electronic branch head said servicing in your micrwv no responce for replacement pls followes further report
