I am using the mobile no 9896164229 from 12 years and an amount of rs 374/- is deduction without any reason by the air tel today itself. 121,198 not give satisfactory answer. I recharged my no with 49/- on 1/10/2013 and 500 mb data was with me up to last night. Today i used nearly 5 mb only and rs 375/- is deducted without any use. No response is given by 198,121. Kindly help me and give back my balance otherwise i have no alternate except to port the number or to go before consumer form or hon’ble trai.
