Airtel Pre-paid to Post-paid – both SIM cards not working

Hi, I had applied for Prepaid to Postpaid conversion last week. This morning I got a message that this will happen tonight… Right after that my Prepaid number is gone out of service. Tried using the new Postpaid SIM, even on that there’s no Service. I was asked to call 59059 for activation, but without Service no calls are going through. I called customer service and they said they have no information. And that I will have to go to the nearest Airtel office. Right now I have no phone and this is terrible. I will be missing a whole lot of calls. Can you please tell me how this can be fixed ASAP? Thanks, Sowmya

Mobile Number not Working
I am in the roaming. My above mentioned mobile number is not working. I have already complaint, but not resolve my problem till now. My complaint number is CL TNM31031888886 dated 31 Oct 2013. Kindly resolve my problem as early. Thanks for fast action.
