I have used 10mb booster pack card for while surfing a net. Before of i surfing a net. I have a balance of 700 rs in my account. I just worked in for half an hour. after i when i made a call i notice that i have 85rs in my account. I didn’t get proper communication from the customer executives. they are readying to give 400rs to refund. but i told to refund whole the amount. they told to wait for their call. still now i didn’t get any of call. and the customer executives not responding my calls. Kindly refund my full amount. Thank you!

My billing date 26-Feb-2014 to 25-Mar-2014 Post paid Monthly Charge Rs.599 I have topped up on 23rd march and 30th March by 2GB that is Rs.475+475 total bill should be 599+475+475=Rs.1549 But Airtel has send bill for Rs.13,677.01 I need clarification this. How Air tel can charge unnecessarily to customers and trouble them I Need justification on this rk samson 09880440657
