I have purchased a pair of shoes model no 8246224 price 1700/- defect as per store representative . Sandesh at store code no 556/02359 , please find the attached copy of transaction confirmed on my card at bata as it don’t have a bill copy the store representative needs a bill copy to re emboss the the amt or give a replacement for the defaulted shoes . Please revert ASAP , this is the poorest service offered by such a big brand name ” Bata”and do not accept this from you . While speaking to store member Sandesh he says they can’t redeem the old bill they don’t have access .. Look Into it and I am awaiting a response in another 24 hrs . Have raised a complain at toll free no too wt naveen . As I am presenting the prof of purchase why can’t I get a resolution at this time And why do bata needs another proof te store rep Sandesh agreed to it but he can’t do any thing as of systems he can access. raised a complain at customer service center: Your Complaint has been registered with www.bata.in. Your Complaint number is 177337. Please suggest and assist
