I have recharged Rs.100/- on 26.10.13 but Rs. 80.00 has been deducted from my account due to the services of Net connection charges used between 12.57 pm to 1.15 pm as per the statement of your representative which I refuted as I don’t have any Net connection on this number. Please reimburse the amount in my account at the earliest and oblige.
