My mobile number is 9848170413 i have recharged my airtel prepaid number with 198 with unlimited plan on 18/9/13. After 2gb data my speed is reduced to 2 to 4 Kbps please solve my problem as soon as possible as I am unable to chat or do anything using my mobile. Worst is WhatsApp and Wechat are both dead. Looks like they use heavy ping protocols and Airtel is unable to support the same ?

Sir, I am having very slow speed of internet my downloading speed is 5kbps. I use to tell my friends that airtel is the best but now I will them to stay away from airtel. My no is 9680349633 only call me. Between 6pm to 8pm
