According to the last discussion on phone(23-09-2013) by service recovery desk call ID# 61914708, I have sent my residence address details to send my NOC. But on the same day evening I received a sms that my request has not processed. I request you to declare me the reason why my request for NOC has not processed, so that I can furnish any other details if required.

Already I have submitted my resignation letter on 30 july 2010 (i.e, before 3 years ) and also received a acceptance letter from icici & annexure A dated Aug 2nd 2010.

Yet I have not received my NOC and my name has not removed from the portal. I request you to solve this issue as soon as possible. Once again I furnish my communication address below to send my NOC.
