I’m an Airtel 2G mobile internet user. I was enjoying a proper speed of 150kbps but suddenly it slowed down to below 27kbps.
My netpack says 2GB+unlimited internet at slower speeds but I have barely finished 1GB. Please look into the matter as I’m not able to use simple apps like whatsapp. I’m a resident of Bangalore,karnataka.

By the way when you have upgraded all the towers to 4G LTE, don’t you think with the CSFB Network in Place the quality of 2G must also not fall below atleast 256kbps ?

My number is 9500800961 i have recharged for rs 199 airtel 2g internet pack on 21/09/2013 .i am getting only speed of 5 to 8kbs the worst speed please look into the matter as fast as possible or else i will have no other option other than leaving airtel and joining other operator. i am using samasung s4. thank you

we have recharged of 139 net pack of 1gb data that was not recharged and where we have recharged he is telling it has done but no message had come and we are caling customer care it was telling busy our number is 7587394079
