XOLO Phone Repair Complaint – No Customer Service

Hi, It has been 25 days since I gave mobile for repair. There are no updates on same, neither is anyone responding on same. Mobile numbers are always switched off when I call. Please note my Xolo tracking number: 802625796445. IMEI-911202500065586. Pick up point was Samagree store in Malad,East.My contact number-08451052459.

Can somebody clarify why the company has to repair the phone when it is under warranty period Are they not liable to give us a new piece ? where are the consumer protection laws in this country ?
