My self Rajeshri J Upadhyay using Airtel connection and my mobile no is 99247249XX. I have a lot of problem with Airtel now we wanted to port out my nos. in Idea but since last 15 days Airtel rejected my MNP request. I want to change the portability of my mobile from Airtel to Idea and for that I do the message from my mobile.I submitted related documents on 1st march on Idea Office.He verified the Documents and subsequent process complete then I contact Mr. Nishitbhai ( Executive PRO of AIrtel ) at Airtel office , sachin Tower,satellite,Ahmedabad-15,Gujarat on dated 6/3/2014.and ask about portability. He told me to pay my outstanding Rs. 578+10 and we will transfer your portability to Idea.I do the procedure accordingly and their after I again go for Airtel office on 10/3/2014 and contect Mr. Omprakash (Executive PRO) and ask for portability .He told me that such request is not we have receive from Idea.I Immediately go to Idea and ask for my request the relevant officer show my request which was sent to Airtel.He also me acknowledgement of sent request.I again contect to Airtel and ask why they are not operating the portability change procedure they again says that such request we have not received. Sir I am really tired why Airtel is doing such kind of harassment process.So I request you to look into the matter and please do some needful steps.otherwise I have to follow up the legal process. Thanking You
