Airtel Mobile Number Porting Failed

Dear Sir I am Satyanarayana Panda. I have been using prepaid RELIANCE sim(Mob: 90140 61933) since past 4-5 years. Now, when I switched to AIRTEL via mobile number portability service, I am unable to get the services. There is no network found in my mobile. Due to this I am unable to make transaction in net-banking. Also,missed some important calls from client which affected in business as well.
