Videocon DTH HD Channel Activation Failed

Dear Sir / Madam, Today I have called in Toll free customer care no to activate HD channels in my DTH connection. One Female voice verified my Cust ID and told that as per present offer Rs.150 is chargeable for 02 months i.e. Rs 75 per month. Further I advised to activate. After that she told that ” you keep your SET Top Box ‘ON’ and call toll free no 18001370777 and HD will be activated.” After that I called same number and confirmed by the IVR voice Msg that within 10 mins it will be act-ivated. After that I was checking channels whether HD is -activated in my cust id. But I could not searched it.Then I called another 02 times but there was no HD connection in my set. At the last I called again and one mail voice asked my set top box card no. which was not known to me but as per his guidance I could tell the number and he told HD has been activated in my primary connection and can be connected to your this no also. But when he tried to do this he could not and told me that now it can not be cancelled and has to wait for 60 days. Then I asked him to connect his senior for the same issue. At the last I got connected with Mr Sasank, Supervisor. He also told me that as per Company policy it can not be. But now my question is that I have not been told or asked to tell my set top box card no before activation HD. Neither any customer care representative asked for Set top box card no, to activate HD nor they have asked my choice to activate HD. When your Customer Care representative can see my details, they should ask my choice because I dont know your policy of HD channel activation. If they dont want to ask my choice then they would have atleast told me about the policy. Being a very old customer now I request you to activate HD channels in my secondary Set top box connected to my new Smart TV instead of Primary Set top box connected with an old small TV.
