Sir, Having found no other way I have been made to approach you for resolving my grievance. I would like to inform you that I am using an Aircel mobile connection (70599 31094 ) for many days. But Aircel Company , truly speaking, some employees of Aircel Company are making unauthorized deductions from my balance frequently. I have been a poor man. How can I manage Sir such frequent deductions . I can not make any calls for Aircel company deducting my balance this way. This is quite illegal and unauthorized. Last month ( November 2017) I recharged for Rs. 50 /= ( Rs. Fifty only) in my mobile. But instantly they ( Aircel Co) deducted Rs. 30 for horoscope and Rs. 12 for music. Again, some days later I recharged for Rs. 20 /=. Instantly they deducted Rs. 12 /=. I stopped recharging thereafter for many days. For making calls I recharged for Rs. 20 /= yesterday evening. But today morning I have found that Rs. 12 /= has been deducted from my balance for music and songs. This may in this connection be noted that I never apply for or seek any such benefit or VAS. Aircel company employees are forcibly uploading such VASs in my connection and making such unauthorized deductions frequently. Recently in the last two months they have deducted Rs. 12 /= three times and Rs. 30 /= once, leaving other cases in the recent past. In last two months they have deducted Rs. 66 /= for no fault of mine. I would therefore request you to make arrangement and instruct appropriate authorities of the Aircel company to refund the unauthorized deduction of Rs. 66 /= . I would also request you to arrange for stopping any such phone calls or messages coming to my mobile henceforth. I would remain grateful to you for such act of kindness.
